Social Walls by Taggbox ("Social Walls", "we", "us") provides audience engagement software that collects, moderates, and displays social media and user-submitted content. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, company, and billing details when you create an account.
• Content data — public social posts matching your configured sources, and content submitted directly via SnapUp uploads.
• Usage data — product interactions, device and browser information, and log data used to operate and improve the service.
• Support data — messages you send our support and sales teams.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, display and moderate walls you configure, process payments, provide support, send service communications, and — with your consent — product updates. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases

Where GDPR applies, we process data on the bases of contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing, certain cookies), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the service (hosting, payments, analytics, support tooling) under data processing agreements, and where required by law. Public social content displayed on walls remains subject to the source platform's terms.

6. Retention & deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after closure, subject to legal retention duties. Wall content can be deleted by wall owners at any time; SnapUp submissions are deleted on request.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@socialwalls.com to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Security & transfers

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audited hosting. International transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
